The Clear button has no bound components, so clicking it does not reset the conversion form. Bind it to the model ID, Private model checkbox, token and output. Resetting the checkbox also uses the existing change handler to hide the token field again.

Validation: built the original and modified real app with Gradio 6.27.0 locally, with network access blocked and server launch stubbed. Confirmed the missing Clear handler before the change, the four reset targets afterward, checkbox reset to false, preserved token visibility handling, submission concurrency 1 and queue size 10. Empty-input validation passes without Hub calls. git diff --check passes.
