SAM 3 Access Manual Review Request
Dear SAM 3 Team,
I am a graduate student at Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), conducting academic research in Vision-and-Language Navigation (VLN) and embodied AI.
I recently applied for access to the SAM 3 model on Hugging Face, but my request was rejected. I would sincerely appreciate it if you could manually review my application or reset my access status so that I can submit the request again if necessary.
My intended use of SAM 3 is strictly for non-commercial academic research. In particular, I am interested in using SAM 3 for visual perception tasks related to Vision-and-Language Navigation, such as object/region segmentation, visual grounding, scene understanding, and the evaluation of perception modules for embodied navigation systems.
The model and its weights will only be used for research and experimental purposes. I will not redistribute the model weights, and I will comply with the SAM 3 license, Hugging Face policies, and all applicable usage requirements.
