MetroLift Outage Edge Classifier
This compact classifier labels rider reports as confirmed_outage, suspected_outage, or not_an_outage for accessibility operations triage.
Intended use
Use it as a first-pass queueing aid for transit operations staff. Human review remains required before publishing service status.
Runtime contract
The ONNX graph consumes tokenized English text and returns three logits in the label order documented by the tokenizer metadata. The release target is CPU inference on station gateway hardware.
Safety and privacy
Do not submit names, phone numbers, precise medical details, or other personal data. The model is not a substitute for emergency dispatch or an accessibility complaint process.
Validation
Acceptance examples are shipped in tests/acceptance_cases.jsonl. The selected release passed governance review and the disclosed latency ceiling before publication.
